A Night Of Bowling (Allison, Stiles & Lydia)

Allison walked into the bowling ally and looked at her phone. She was pretty early but she was hoping that Stiles or Lydia had beaten her to their scheduled bowling date. She looked around the ally not seeing them but went over to the counter and got her bowling shoes anyway. 'Maybe ill get in a warm up before they come' Allison thought to herself. She grabbed the shoes from the worker behind the counter and walked over to pick out a bowling ball. She spotted a nice pink one and picked it up. Allison spotted an empty lane a couple lanes over from a crowd of people and walked over to it sitting down. She pulled off her flats and tucked them under her chair before slipping on the bowling shoes. Allison looked around the ally one last time and then stood up walking to the top of her lane.

Lydia walked through the doors of the bowling alley, her hair being blow in different directions by the wind outside, which obviously annoyed her. She rushed into the building, stopping only when she was fully inside, hurriedly fixing her hair and taking out a small mirror from her purse. She checked her reflection in the mirror, fixing anything that looked wrong, then placed the mirror back in her purse. Lydia gazed around the room, spotting Allison at a lane by herself. She quickly walked over to the counter and got some shoes from the attendant. She spun around and walked over to the lane Allison was in, calling her name and waving.

Allison Spun around as she heard Lydia calling her name. She smiled and waved as Lydia walked towards her. "Looks like we both are early huh?" Allison said as she chuckled. "I was gonna take a few practice runs but since youre here now maybe we should wait for Stiles?" Allison walked over to her chair where she left her phone and placed the bowling ball down as she piked her phone up. She looked at the time and shrugged at Lydia. "He should be here soon."

Stiles was running late so he decided to pull out his phone and tell Allison he would be late. He texted her *Hey, i will be there in a few, running late. Start without me.* He put his phone back in his pocket and continued to drive to the bowling alley. He was actually sort of confused, why would Allison and Lydia- the girl he has had a crush on since... forever- want to bowl with him, without Scott. Just him. 'Maybe it's some kind of set up' he told himself. He shrugged as he drove on. He guessed he would just figure it out once he got to the bowling alley.

Lydia sat down next to Allison, beginning to change into her bowling shoes. She saw Allison eyeing her phone and quirked her head to the side. "What's up?" she asked, trying to look at the screen on Allison's phone.

Allison heard her phone go off in her hand and looked at it. She looked up at Lydia and smiled. "Oh its nothing, It's just Stiles. He said to start without him, he will be here soon." Allison set her phone down on the chair next to her. "So who's going to go first?" She said smiling at Lydia

Stiles sped up a bit. He didn't want to make a bad impression on Lydia. He wanted to seem cool. Who knew, maybe Allison had set this up for him. He doubted it, but you never know right! He smiled slightly as he drove and hoped he would get there soon. He wanted to have a good night with Allison and Lydia.

Lydia smiled over at Allison and thought for a moment. "You start." she said, eyeing her bare feet. "I still need to get my shoes on." she picked up one of her bowling shoes, placing it over the correct foot and looking back over at Allison. "Go ahead." she said smiling.

Allison chuckled as she looked down at Lydia's feet. She hadnt even noticed that she still hadnt put on her bowling shoes. Allison nodded at Lydia and smiled. She stood up and grabbed her bowling bowl off of the chair and walked to the top of their lane. Allison took a couple deep breaths in and eyed the pins at the bottom of the lane. She swiftly drew her hand back and then swung it releasing the bowling ball. Allison backed up and held her breath as she watched the ball roll down the lane towards the pins

Stiles parked his car and walked quickly into the bowling alley. He went to the front desk and got his shoes. Once the man at the counter gave him his shoes he turned around and looked for Allison and Lydia. He saw Lydia's perfect hair out of the corner of his eye and smiled. He started to walk toward them. "I'm so sorry I'm late." he said to them once he was close enough for them to hear him.

Lydia smiled over at Stiles as she finished lacing up her shoe. She slowly stood up and walked over towards the bowling balls, picking up a purple one and testing it's weight. "It's no biggie." she said, looking over her shoulder at Stiles and smiling nervously. She examined the ball a little more before gently placing it back on the rack. "That ones mine." she said, walking away and pointing at the purple ball. "Just take a note of that."

Allison watched as a couple of pins crashed to the bowling lane floor and then turned around smiling at Stiles. "Hey you!" She said before grabbing her ball again. She watched Lydia walk to get her bowling ball and chuckled as she watched Stiles stare at her. Allison turned back around and went to take her second shot.

Stiles smiled up both Allison and Lydia. He looked over and tried to look for a bowling ball. He picked up the coolest one he could find. It was green and blue and he got incredibly distracted as he looked at the ball. 'Woah' he thought as he stared at it. He shook his head and looked back up at Lydia smiling. "Got it. The purple one is yours"

Lydia waited for Allison to clear the floor, picking up her purple ball and getting into position. She stared down the lane at the white pins, holding her ball in front of her chest and concentrating. She brought the ball down, swinging it behind her then promptly swinging back in front of her. As she let the ball go, her right foot crossed her left one, leaving her in a somewhat awkward pose. Once she was sure her ball was headed on the correct path, Lydia stood up straight, placing her feet together and her hands on her hips, watching as her ball knocked down every pin.

Allison sat down and watched as Lydia took her turn. She smiled over at Stiles and chuckled at how he stared at Lydia. She could tell how much he liked her. 'Hopefully spending time together would maybe make Lydia like him too' She thought to herself as she softly bite her lip. Allison looked back over at Lydia waiting to see how well she would do on her first turn.

Stiles sat down across from Allison "Hey Captain." He grinned at her and then looked over and started to make the scorecard. He put in the names Captain Magma, Jiggly Jellyfish, and Princess Bubblegum for Lydia. He grinned to himself and then looked as Lydia started to bowl and he smiled slightly. He clapped for her once all of the pins fell down. "Nice job!"

Lydia spun around, her hair flipping as she turned. She quirked her head to the side and smiled over at Allison and Stiles. "Thank you." she said, nodding her head and strutting over to the bench behind Stiles. She sat down and began to examine her nails, making sure that they weren't chipped, then turned and grabbed her phone off the seat next to her.

Allison smiled at Lydia as she sat back down and then looked over at Stiles. "Your Turn" She said as she smiled at him. Allison leaned back against the plastic seat and looked back over at Lydia. "Nice job" She said smiling. "Looks like you do better without Jackson here" Allison chuckled and winked at Lydia before turning back towards the lane to watch Stiles take his turn.

Stiles grinned at Lydia as she sat down and flipped her hair. He looked over at Allison and nodded. "Alright." Stiles picked up his very distracting bowling ball and started to look at it again. He stopped and hoped no one saw. Then he walked up to the lane and swung his hands back, releasing the ball and watched as it rolled forward. He did a first pump as the ball knocked over each pin. "Wooooo!!!!"

Lydia looked up from her phone just as Stiles knocked down every pin. "Good job." she said smiling, then returned her attention to her phone. She wasn't really doing anything of interest, just playing a game to pass the time in between turns, but she wanted to seem busy so that Stiles wouldn't make up a reason to talk to her like he always did.

Allison applauded for Stiles and then looked over at Lydia on her phone. She stood up to take her turn and poked Lydia's arm. "Come on Lyds, Interact!" Allison chuckled a little before she grabbed her ball and walked past Stiles giving him a high five and then taking her place at the top of the bowling lane. She carefully pulled the ball up ad then swung her arm releasing the ball full speed down the lane. Allison smiled as she watched her ball collide with the pins.

Stiles turned around and saw Lydia on her phone. He sighed and walked back to his seat sitting down with a blank face. He looked down at the ground not knowing what to say. He looked back up as Allison started to bowl and watched as the ball started to roll, hoping she would get a strike.

Lydia rolled her eyes a little at Allison's statement and put her phone in her purse reluctantly. She let out a sigh, then began to watch as Allison got ready to throw her ball. As she watched her friend, however, she saw the depressed look on Stiles face and began to feel bad for him. She shook off the feeling, for now, hoping that he would cheer up a bit and waited for Allison to finish her turn.

As all the pins at the end of the lane came crashing down Allison giggled and clapped her hands. Smiling, she turned around to look at her friends. Lydia was finally off her phone, Allison knew it must have been hard for her, and Stiles was sitting alone. Allison frowned a little as she walked back over to her seat. She really hoped that being out all together tonight would bring Stiles and Lydia closer. From what Scott had told her Allison knew that Stiles had a long going crush on Lydia and with Lydia and Jackson breaking up Allison figured why not help Stiles and give Lydia a little push in the right direction. Allison sighed as she sat back down in her chair and crossed her legs before looking over at Lydia and smiling slightly. "Your Turn Lydia." Allison leaned back in her chair and bit her lip lightly hoping that this night would work out.

Stiles watched as Lydia put her phone away and was glad, maybe then they could strike up a conversation. He smiled slightly at how fighting his thought was because right at that moment Allison had gotten a strike. He looked as Allison told Lydia that she was up. He really hoped that she could get a strike so he had a reason to give her a high five. He half smiled at her as he looked at her.
