Changing for the Better (Lydia And Isaac)

Isaac smiled as he looked at Lydia's hand playing with his. He couldn't underqtand why, but it seemed to him like she just couldn't get enough of touching him. It saddened him a bit the way Lydia said that her parents didn't care, he knew how it hurt when your own parents aren't interested in you. Well, in his case his father had been a little too interested in him, but in the wrong way.

"Of course I'll stay with you...if that's what you want.", Isaac said with a smile. He still couldn't believe that Lydia really cared about him as much as she seemd to do, why would she? He had this constant fear inside of him that all this was just a dream and he could wake up inside that damned freezer any second. He watched Lydia's hand as it reached up for his hair.

"Those damned curls, they never do what I want them to do!", he said and chuckled.

Lydia smiled when he said he'd stay with her. She really liked the idea of just not being alone all the time, even when she was surrounded by people.

She chuckled at his comment about his hair and smiled. "Well let me tell you that I happen to love your curls..." She kept playing with them, and quickly started messing them up teasingly. She laughed as she did it. She missed messing around with people like this. She doesn't do it much since she spends so much time pretending to be a stuck up brat.

Isaac laughes and closed his eyes for a second as Lydia messed up his hair. When she was done, he exhaled noisily, making one of his curls, that had fallen over his forehead, jump up a little.

"You think that's funny, don't you? Messing up my hairdo, which I spent house on to perfect.", he said in a pretend-sulky voice.
"Well, two can play at this game!", he then added and bend over to her to run both of his hands through her strawberry-blond hair, messing them up as he let out an evil laugh.

Lydia laughed, trying to push his hands away. "Isaac!! Isaac!! Stop!" She laughed and eventually grabbed hold of his hands, pinning him down on the bed so he would stop. "If anyone spends hours on their hair, it's me. Trust me."

She smiled down at him and then realized the position she'd put them in. She blushed hard and pulled away. "Sorry about that..."

Isaac raised his eyebrows with a grin as Lydia was fighting him off and then suddenly, she was almost on top of him. He looked up at her with his big blue eyes and his lips were wlightly parted. Her hair hung like a curtain on the side of her face, tickling his cheek and the ceiling lamp shone it's light at her from the back which made her look extremely beautiful.

"You...you don't have to apologize.", he assured her and stayed like this, lying on his back. He blinked several times and almost closed his eyes as he was actually feeling quite tired now.

Lydia then laid next to him and turned her head to look at him. "Isaac? Had you ever kissed a girl before we kissed last week?"

This question was one of those unfiltered moments in Lydia's head. She blushed, but kept looking at him, hoping her would answer. She scooted closer and gently started drawing shapes into his arm and chest with the tip of her fingers. She was quite mesmerized by his skin, and how it made hers feels when she touched it. She gently leaned down and pressed her lips against his clothed shoulder.

Isaac lifted his heavy eyelids to look at Lydia, smiling at how close she'd come to him. "No, you were the first actually.", he said and was surprised at himself that he wasn't more ashamed about admitting this. "Girls have never really been interested in me.", he added with a soft chuckle and looked over at her fingers, tracing over his arm.

He closed his eyes again with a happy smile as he felt Lydia's lips on his shoulder. He moved his hand over and stroked the skin of her arm with his fingertips as his mouth popped slightly open in a little o-shaped. He was slowly drifting into sleep and his forehead creased in a frown as images were already starting to form inside his head, the first blurry shadows of an upcoming nightmare.

Lydia smiled as he held her. She smiled weakly and whispered "Stupid girls..."

She smiled at him, as he slowly drifted off to sleep. She looked at him, staring at his mouth that looked so perfectly kissable. She slowly got up on her shoulder, leaning over and kissing him slowly. She pulled away, smiling then leaned in and kissed him a little more forward, feeling his unease. She held his neck as she kissed him slowly.

The expression on Isaac's face looked confused, since in his dream, the person overshadowing him turned from his father hurting him to Lydia kissing him and back. He squirmed around a bit on the bed, making his shirt slide up to reveal a part of his stomach. Most of his bruises had healed by now, there were just a few deeper scars remaining and his skin looked better than the last time Lydia had seen it.

Isaac's breathing became faster, his chest heaving up and down with every rush of air that filled his lungs. The threatening image of his father became stronger again as the boy watched him pull a knife out of his pocket, a smirk on his face and Isaac's expression turned into horror.

"No dad, please don't!", he mumbled just barely audible in his sleep as he turned this way and that.

Lydia pulled away and saw that Isaac was having a nightmare. Hearing his protests, she quickly shook him away. "Isaac! Isaac! Wake up! It's just dream!"

She shook him and when he woke up she hugged him tight. Tears filled her eyes. "Isaac i promise you're gonna be ok... I promise he's gone..."

She held him closer, needing to help him, to protect him but not knowing how.

Isaac jumped a little when he woke up and looked around blinking confused and breathing heavily until he realized that he was in Lydia's room and remembered that he wasn't with his father anymore.
"I'm sorry!", he said and put his arms around Lydia, resting his chin on her shoulder and trying to hide the tears that filled hi eyes.

"I just still can't shake him...everything he did. I still can't believe he won't hurt me anymore.", he tried to explain, feeling guilty for making Lydia feel bad.

Lydia sighed holding him close. "Isaac it's ok..." She gently looked at him and wiped his tears. She grabbed his face and made him look at him. "Isaac it's ok... never be scared to talk to me ok?"

She gently sat on Isaac's lap and whispered "Maybe we need to do something to shake him off...Do you wanna shake him off?"

She held Isaac's neck, caressing it gently and lovingly. She really cared about him. All she really wanted was for him to be ok. And if she could help then ok...She'll help.

Isaac looked at Lydia with a vulnerable expression on his face and his blue eyes shining with tears. He nodded slowly as he wasn't sure what she meant. "Sure I want to shake him off, but how do we do that?", he asked and puts his arms around her as she sat on his lap.

He closed his eyes as he leaned forward again to rest his chin on her shoulders, feeling somehow safe when she had her arms so lovingly around her and he could feel her heart beat steadily.

Lydia held Isaac close and smiled a little at his innocence. She gently played with the back of his hair before sighing shakily. She nervously leaned in and kissed his neck slowly. She didn't know why she was so nervous. Maybe it was him, or the way he held her gave her stomach butterflies. But he make her nervous. And she loved it.

She gently kissed up his neck, trying not to feel nervous or self conscious, before grabbing his neck and kissing him slowly. She held him close, nervous as to how he'd react.

Isaac raised his eyebrows in surprise at first and then let out of rush of air, his lips parting as he felt Lydia's lips move over his neck. He didn't know what to do with his hands first, but then put them on her waist, his right thumb stroking at a spot of bare skin there.

He closed his eyes when he felt her lips touch his and started moving his mouth in unison with her's. Their kissing was loving but passionate and Isaac's stomach began to flutter. He moved one of his hands up from her waist and held her cheek softly as his lips moved over her's.

Lydia's stomach fluttered when she felt him kiss back with a mix of passion and love. It scared her and thrilled her at the same time. She loved it. She felt his hands on her bare waist and smiled, loving the tingling they left behind.

She kept kissing him slowly, laying down and pulling him over her, her hands gripping him close to her. She pulled away, leaving their lips centimeters away. "Just tell me if something's too much or too fast or something, ok?"

She caressed his cheek lovingly, and went to kiss him again.

Isaac nodded nervously as he almost lay on top of Lydia and her hands moved over his body. He closed his eyes again as they continued kissing and then dared to stroke her lip with the tip of his tongue, hoping he wasn't being to bold.

His heart started beating faster as they kissed passionately and he couldn't believe how lucky he was that a beautiful girl like Lydia even wanted him.

Lydia smiled when Isaac used his tongue, and quickly joined him, deepening the kiss to something more intense. She held him closer, her hands slipping up and down his chest gently. She kept kissing him the same way, her hand holding the back of his neck pulling him as close as physically possible to her. She hoped he wouldn't feel her heart basically leaping out out her chest at their proximity. She'd never felt like this before. It scared her, but she loved it.

Isaac's heart made a lead as his and Lydia's tongue began caressing one another. He moved one hand up her body, almost touching one of her breasts as he moved it to her shoulder to stroke her skin, just gently brushing aside one strap of her dress by a few inches. He just hoped he wouldn't get too excited and maybe embarass himself.

Lydia couldn't help but let out a tiny sound she didn't recognize when Isaac gently caressed her. She smiled and kept kissing him the same way, holding him closer, one hand gripping his shirt tightly the other caressing his back under his shirt. She couldn't really control herself around him, something that was very very new to Lydia. But she liked it, not being completely in control. And she was surprised at how good a kisser he was. Very impressed.

Isaac bit his bottom lip and backed off a little for a second just to pull his shirt off over his head. He came back down to Lydia and smiled at her before kissing her again, closing his eyes as he did so. He'd always been annoyed by young couples before, kissing in front of everybody and making gooey eyes at each other. But now he understood how they felt and that they couldn't really control themselves when they were together, no matter how many people where around them.

Lydia frowned when Isaac pulled away, and when she was about to ask him why, she saw him pull his shirt off over his head. She smiled and pulled him over her again, kissing him back. Her hands roamed all over his chest, feeling and memorizing every curve under her fingers gently. She felt the butterflies in her stomach again with having him at such closer proximity.

She then flipped him over, so he was on his back and she was straddling his hips. She then pulled away and started to kiss down his neck slowly before going back to kissing him needfully and lovingly, the amount of passion in it was amazing.

A soft moan escaped Isaac's lips as he felt Lydia's mouth trace his neck and then come back again. He bit his lip but then opened his eyes wide as he looked down at his pants. Isaac quickly covered his sweat pants with the covers so Lydia wouldn't see that he'd actually gotten too excited and a bulge had formed in his pants.

"Um....maybe we should take this a bit slower.", he suggested as his face blushed extremely hard.

Lydia, pulled away, sitting next to him, looked at him and nodded "Yeah ok...Slower... Sorry..."

She smiled at him and noticed he was overing his lap with the covers. She smiled. "You are just so adorable, you know that?" She leaned forward and kissed his cheek chastely. She then got up, grabbing her pyjamas. "I'm gonna go put my PJ's on, ok?"

She quickly went to the bathroom and changed before walking out in shorts and a tank top.

Isaac was surprised at how calm Lydia was being about this, even calling him adorable. He watched as she disappeared into the bathroom and then came back out wearing her pyjamas, which was not really helping. He bit his bottom lip and then shook his head, getting up, holding a pillow as discretely as possible over his lap.

"Yeah, I think I'm gonna go grab a shower.", he said before heading for the bathroom himself now, taking a deep breath as he stripped and stepped into the shower.
